After completing the sign-up process for the event or booking, check your email for a confirmation message. 2. In the confirmation email, you will find the video conference link along with any additional instructions or details related to the event. 3. Click on the provided link to join the video conference at the scheduled time. If you encounter any issues, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
  • What are the operating hours of The Water Tree | Portal?
    The operating hours of The Water Tree are as follows: Monday to Friday - 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Closed on Saturday and Sunday. Please note that these hours may vary on holidays or special occasions, so we recommend checking our website or contacting us directly for any updates.

Registration and Log-in for The Portal​

  1. Please use your preferred web browser and click HERE for the link.

  2. Click “Request” upon entering the Welcome Page

























     

  3. Click “Sign Up” in the Access Page | Pop-up Window




















     

  4. Fill out the form material as needed. Then review the “terms & conditions”, “privacy policy”, and “code of conduct” before checking the boxes. Complete the reCAPTCHA prompt then Submit
    A second reCAPTCHA window may pop open. Please complete as needed.​
































     

  5. Please confirm the 6-digit code sent to your email address provided.























     

  6. You have completed the registration request when you see the “Success!” window. Please wait for a Water Tree team member to review your information and you will recieve an email once your request has been approved.
